本公司由董事長蔡重信先生創立于1968年，初期生產各式不鏽鋼五金配件及手提工具箱，外銷歐美市場。1987年本公司與德國Bott公司技術合作，生產工業用重型工具櫃，跨入倉儲設備製造領域，進而于1992年代理德國Hanel自動倉儲機進入臺灣市場。1999年與德國Mauser公司合作生產移動櫃，在倉儲設備領域具有多元化品項且享有極高的聲譽，客戶群涵蓋各大企業集團。多年來的研發，我們的產品已涵蓋了各式倉儲物流設備，從基本的重、中、輕型料架到電動式、后推式、駛入式、一體式等多樣化的產品，滿足客戶的各種需求，特別是無塵室電子廠里的精密坂金與特殊搬運設備，我們已有相當的實勣。

公司沿革：Company History

• 1975年董事長蔡重信先生創立大進不鏽鋼股份有限公司資本額 $500,000元，主要業務不鏽鋼門、窗、扶手及船用五金。 Mr. Cai Zhong Xin, chairman of the board, invested $500,000 to found Dajin Stainless Steel Joint-Stock Ltd in 1975, focusing on stainless steel doors, windows, armrests and used-on-ships hardware.
• 1977年增加海草加工及洋菜製造業務，公司並更名為大進不鏽鋼海草股份有限公司，並增資為$2,000,000元。 The company extended its businesses to seaweed and ocean food processing, renamed to Dajin Stainless Steel & Seaweed Joint-Stock Ltd, and the investment increased to $2,000,000 in 1977.
• 1983年生產工具箱外銷歐美市場，並增資至$7,000,000元。 In 1983, the company started manufacturing toolboxes and selling to European & American markets, and increased the investment up to $7,000,000.
• 1984年成立臺北營業所。The company established its Taibei Business Section in 1984.
• 1985年生產塑料制品外銷，並榮獲當年外銷勣優廠商。Started manufacturing and exporting plastic wares in 1985, and was awarded a title of outstanding export manufacturer in the same year.
• 1987年和西德BOTT公司技術合作，生產重型工具櫃內外銷。 Cooperated with West-Germany BOTT to manufacture and export heavy toolboxes in 1987.
• 1987年成立臺南營業所。 Established its Tainan Business Section in 1987.
• 1989年成立臺中營業所並增資至16,000,000元。Established its Taichung Business Section and increased the investment up to $16,000,000 in 1989.
• 1990年成立桃園營業所。Established its Tao-yuan Business Section in 1990.
• 1990年增資至20,000,000元。Increased the investment up to $20,000,000 in 1990.
• 1990年生產戰艦用零件，經海軍評鑑為二代艦零件供貨商。Started manufacturing accessories for warships in 1990, and was awarded by Taiwan Navy a title of outstanding supplier of accessories for second-generation warships.
• 1991年增資至26,000,000元。Increased the investment up to $26,000,000 in 1991.
• 1991年成立新竹營業所。Established its Hsinchu Business Section in 1991.
• 1992年1月和德國HANEL簽約為中國地區總代理，產品為垂直式自動旋轉倉儲機，公司再度更名為大進精工股份有限公司。 Signed an agreement with Germany HANEL as the exclusive distributors of vertical-style auto-circumrotate storage machines for China Region in 1992, and the company renamed it to Dajin Precision Machinery Joint-Stock Ltd.
• 1993年成立上海博特實業有限公司。In 1993, the company founded Shanghai Bott Industrial Ltd.
• 1995年擴廠自動化生產組合式貨架。Extended its factory to auto-manufacture sectional shelves in 1995.
• 1996年7月增資至76,000,000元。Increased the investment up to $76,000,000 in July 1996.
• 1996年11月和台朔重工策略聯盟。Joined the He-tai Plastic Heavy-industry Strategy Alliance in Nov. 1996.
• 1997年4月拆原舊廠房改建新廠。Destructed the old workshops and re-built the new ones in April 1997.
• 1997年10月臺灣第一家自動倉庫組合式鋼架正式投產。The first auto-warehouse sectional shelf was formally put into production in Tanwan in 1997.
• 1998年12月計算機網絡完成全廠計算機化管理。Implemented the company’s computer networks management in 1998.
• 1999年8月自動倉庫25M高組合式鋼架,正式投產。The auto-warehouse sectional shelf of 25M was formally put into production in Aug. 1999.
• 1999年增資為資本額111,000,000元。Increased the investment up to $111,000,000 in 1999.
• 2000年12月和德國MAUSER技術合作生產高品質移動櫃授權MAUSER商標使用於全中國。Technologically Cooperated with Germany MAUSER to manufacture high-quality movable boxes and was authorized the MAUSER trademark for China market in Dec. 2000.
• 2000年成立太倉博特精工機械設備有限公司。Taicang Bott Precision Machinery Equips Ltd was founded in 2000.
• 2001年BVQI9001認証通過。 Passed the certification of BVQI9001 in 2001.
